How to Recharge?

How to Check Order Status

Step 1

Click the link to jump to the Order Center.

Step 2 Explanation of Each Order Status

  • Preparing: The order is waiting to be assigned for processing
  • In Progress: The order has started being processed
  • Queued: The order is waiting in the processing queue
  • Completed: The order has been fully finished
  • Partially Completed: The order is closed. Only part of the service was delivered, and a refund has been issued for the undelivered portion
  • Cancelled: The order has been cancelled, and the corresponding refund has been processed

1.Drip-feed is available for selected services. This feature allows orders to be delivered in small batches multiple times automatically according to your preset rules, eliminating the need for manual repeated submissions every single time.

2.Click the Drip-Feed button to enable the function.

3.Quantity Per Run: Enter the volume to be delivered each batch.

4.Number of Runs: Fill in how many times the task will be executed repeatedly.

5.Interval: Set the waiting minutes between each batch execution.
